Temperature Control Not Working

I had read reports of temperature control issues but decided to give it a try anyway. bad call The pad heats up to an unbearable temperature even on the lowest settings and then cools back down to a more normal temperature. The last time I used it I got a burn on my skin even though I was wearing a layer of clothes and the pad was at its lowest temperature. Disappointing.
