Excellent back massager. Easy to adjust on your back while setting. You can adjust the pressure by how far you lean in to the unit. Does a great job rotating the muscles. Feels awesome on tight muscles. Does a great job on my lower back. Seems to be made a very high-quality material and durable. Easy to use and does give me pain relief. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

I bought this shiatsu massager mainly for the portability. I have been experiencing with back pain for last 2 months, and going to chiropractor every single day isn't cost efficient. I think the price was good so gave it a try. I think it works pretty well, and relieves some pain. I recommend this product if you're in a tight budget to buy a full body shiatsu massager.

This is a nice all around neck massager. Size in convenient and heat is nice. The only problem is the placement of the on/off button. It's on the side but near the front of the unit so if you lean back too hard it turns itself off. Otherwise I love this product.

As for pain relief - this product is GREAT! The very first time I used it, I had sooo much tension built up, and it felt so great that I watched a movie and used it for the full hour and a half of the movie on various parts of my back. The next day I was SORE - but it was that good kind of sore. The day after that, I felt so much better! So relaxed and just generally less tense. Yes, I read the reviews. I always do before I purchase but I was willing to try it, to get some relief. I am dealing with sciatic pain in my right leg. Screw a man, if you want someone to massage your back and actually get a good massage get this. It’s not a person that’s gonna get tired of rubbing your back which makes it 100x better! This bih makes me wanna fall asleep and it only stops when I turn it off and doesn’t speak! Love this product.

This gives a very good massage but the problem is that it doesn’t get any hotter than barely warm. If you are looking for one that has the heat plus the massage, this is not the one you want. I really liked the massage but I needed the heat also, so I’m returning it and trying another one that claims to have more heat.

This garbage will quit on you. Use it 3 times when i first got it. Put it on the shelf for a couple of months. Now, it want even power on. Started off ok. Stop using it for awhile, bc i didn't need to. Now, it want even work. I guess you can't let it situp.

Easy to adjust to any part of your back. I put my electric pad over the top otherwise the rolling balls can be painful. Thanks for attention.

This has been a life saver when I've had a long day and my neck is aching. I am able to sit on the couch and prop this behind my neck and watch TV or read a book. It changes directions which is nice and it also is heated which is very nice. For the money it is a great machine.

I typically prefer a massage to be deep tissue and this thing is too rough for me even. I’ve had a few friends try it they all said the same. Even with a blanket over it, it’s just too hard. The shiatsu balls are spaced too far apart for my small frame (I’m 5’2”-130lbs) so they don’t reach where I need them to at the top/shoulder area or at the lower back either. Overall I like this product. It doesn't get to warm though I was wearing an shirt. The only small complaint I have is I corded or cordless I wish it came with an remote. The controls are fine for when I am using it on my upper back but I have to twist to turn on when I use it on my lower back and it moves.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He was obsessed with it. Used it on his neck, back, hamstrings, hips. He got it for Christmas and it died around the end of March.
