Relief with no needles is a WIN!

Heavy but not excessively heavy offers a small end for hitting narrower points, and a larger end for wider points both ends are polished very smooth so no jagged ends to harm the skin. Since there were no directions in the box look to the internet for vast information, charts, and much more. This really helps with my hands, feet, to keep the blood moving to the area of the pain. Highly recommend it to anyone. You can also buy acupuncture charts for guidance

Pros
  • I use this for my hands all the time. I use it at my massage practice for carpal tunnel as well
Cons
  • May not work for everyone

Just buy it! - my new review

This tool is amazing! It is very sturdy and well made, feels heavy in my hand. It works great and wont break no matter how many times I drop it. I have chronic muscle spasms and pain and this tool digs into my muscle spasms perfectly. The bumps throughout the tool help me hold onto it and keep it from slipping out of my hands while I'm holding it with oily hands and digging it into slippery oiled skin. I highly recommend this tool!

Pros
  • The cost and ease if use makes this a must have for pain relief
Cons
  • A bit awkward to use.

This is a great product. I specifically had this really stiff neck for a good week, maybe more, which prompted me to search online for a simple massage tool I could use myself and get spots I couldn't reach. I couldn't find the right type in stores. I stand by this product. It was magical moment the first time I tried this device. A few tender knots around my shoulder blades up to my neck gave me immediate relief. With firm pressure at each tender tight spot, I took a deep breath and when I…

Pros
  • 26.5 x 16.4 x 1 inches; 1.68 Pounds
Cons
  • Can't adjust pressure level based on individual needs

Good quality but no directions

The title lists that it is an acupuncture pen but it is in fact an acupressure pen. The description is accurate but that little title is incorrect. The pen works well, there is good pressure applied to the areas, and the construction of it is strong and will hold up long term. One problem, you’re flying into this blind if you’ve never used something like this before, with no usable directions. Not a deal breaker thanks to the Internet but it would have been nice to have.

Pros
  • Hits the spots you can't reach. Kinda hurts but a good hurt you know?
Cons
  • Weak material and bolt used to hold two pieces together will not hold. Unusable…

Great product good for me

I ordered this while I was out of town and had it shipped to that location because I already had one at home. However, the one I have at home does not have handles on it. I didn’t think they would make much of a difference but, boy, they sure do. You can get some really good leverage and dig in to those knotted muscles. Also, it comes apart in the middle so It fit easily into my suitcase coming home. I LOVE this product.

Pros
  • Wellness & Relaxation
Cons
  • Doesn't come with instructions

This tool is great for trigger points throughout the body, but I find it most useful for neck and shoulder areas. I sit in front of a computer all day and experience pain in between shoulder blades. This tool helps tremendously. This is super easy to use and you can easily apply good pressure with minimal effort. I realized there’s so many other ways to use this like for my feet and that side leg/butt muscle area. I never would have guessed it was as versatile as it is, would definitely…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I'm not sure if I will keep this. Being plastic it feels as though it will break when using it

Credible acupressure stylus/pen. Good solid, sturdy build.

If you practice acupressure concepts in your massage application, this will be a welcomed tool. It's smartly designed, not being overly designed (sometimes simple is more efficient, effective). It's solid and sturdy. There are not scratches or nicks. just a proper, smooth and useful implement. The collars in the middle of the shaft are useful for grip and to enable exerting pressure, without slipping or sliding along the metal shaft. And, it facilitates 'tapping' during application.Overall, it's

Pros
  • I like it because it’s sturdy and easy to move around my aches and pains.
Cons
  • Must be used consistently for optimal results

A bit over priced and a little awkward to use

The instructions are really just pictures that do that explain much. This back massager is weird to use because it is hard to find an angle. I also warn to be careful while using this to not hurt yourself and make sure you do not push too hard and you know what you are doing. 20 dollars for some plastic is a bit much, but this is durable and a good weight. If you do some research on how to use this, this might be a good product for you.

Pros
  • This is easy to use and comes apart so I can pack it when I travel. It is sturdy.
Cons
  • Not recommended for pregnant women

Hollow plastic but pretty sturdy

This review is for the purple Trigger Point Massager Tool-GOHIKING Neck and Back Massager Handheld, Manual Self Massage Tool. Sold by: WILD DISCOVERY & HUNTING Return eligible for 30 days. Paid $19.99 in June of 2022. I have a metal Theracane that I have used for years and it will probably last forever. I recently misplaced it so I purchased this one to tide me over. It was only 20 bucks so I was not expecting it to be as sturdy as my metal one-piece and it is not. However, I do like the extra…

Pros
  • ✅ERGONOMIC DESIGN-The Massager Weighs Less Than A Pound. When Used On A Consistent Basis, Anything Over A Pound Can Easily Fatigue The Arms And Hands Diminishing The Accuracy And Pressure Applied To The Affected Muscle Group Impeding Recovery And Healing
Cons
  • Could require the help of another person

Easy to store, lightweight and really digs into tense muscles

This self massage cane is portable, lightweight and really digs into tense muscles! I bought a myself a different massage cane before. It was made of metal and had more circular, rounded tips for massaging. I like that it is sturdy and durable. However, it is heavy, tires me out and is not portable or easy to store. Because this Sokiss cane is made of plastic and it comes apart into two pieces (plus an attachment screw) it is easier to carry around and store. The tips of this massage cane are…

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to maneuver
Cons
  • Might not provide enough pressure

Opening is too small and I’m not chubby

I’m 5”1 and 140lbs I wear a size 6-8 and this doesn’t even fit around my torso to massage my back I can barely do the shoulder area but they are made for extra extra skinny people. Or u can do your limbs but. Not your back. Cheaply made. My boss (Dr) has one he got for the same price and his is a nice one these are cheap.

Pros
  • No need to rely on others for massage therapy
Cons
  • Not for individuals with blood clotting disorders

works well – gets into little spots well

This pressure point pen is really good at hitting pressure points. You can press as hard or as lightly as your needs require. If you add a little lotion or oil to whatever part of the body you are working on – you can also use it to slightly massage the knot or pressure point to really knock it out. You can use the small ball end or the large ball end. Just depends on your needs. It is easy to hold as well and doesn’t hurt the hand although if you use it for a while you may have to take a…

Pros
  • Made from high-quality, durable materials
Cons
  • Limited warranty

Nice, and works decently well

This works pretty well. It was easy to assemble. It is thick plastic and has just the right angle for me to use on the knots between my shoulder blades.

Pros
  • Reliefs muscle pain
Cons
  • May cause bruising if used too aggressively

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It is difficult to screw the two halves together

I think the screw that holds the two parts together should be a bit longer, as it is very difficult to get the screw to engage.I really like that when I travel, it could go with me.

Pros
  • Massage Tools
Cons
  • Requires some strength in hands and arms to use

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I use this at my desk

I like using this to rub on my palms to relieve work tension, spot use on my shoulders and back. It’s the size of an oversized pen, so I keep it in my pen holder. Handy!

Pros
  • GOHIKING
Cons
  • Can be too intense for some individuals

I love these kinds of tools. They are helpful for releasing knots - especially in places that you can't usually get to. Simply press the knot until you feel a slight bit of pain, then wiggle the tool around. This helps release the knot. This helps ease pain you might have tremendously. Give it a go.

Pros
  • Perfect. As said
Cons
  • Might cause mild irritation

IT DOES NOT SCREW TOGETHER! SCREW IS TOO SHORT!

Really dumb! It comes in two pieces. The screw that is supposed to hold it together works fine while it is separate from the other part. However, once you put the two parts together, it becomes thicker and the screw does not go far enough in to hold the two pieces together. What a dumb problem! It’s going back.

Pros
  • It hits the spots that nI can't reach.
Cons
  • Can be uncomfortable for those with sensitive skin

comparable to the theracane, at a more affordable price

This tool is most useful for neck and shoulder areas.is great for trigger points throughout the body as well, such as arms, and I like to use it on my feet. it is very easy to use and you can apply good amount of pressure with minimal effort.

Pros
  • Works just like theracane but has more options and cost less!
Cons
  • This was more heavy duty than the plastic one I'm used to. It was not easy to use given weight.

Folds for travel for my opinion

This thing hurts in a good way if you get it in the right spot. Love how it folds up for travel and easy storage Could break or wear down over time.

Pros
  • Compact handheld design makes it easy to take anywhere
Cons
  • Could break or wear down over time

Just works! for my opinion

This is a great tool to "work out" trigger points and offers many ways with all its knobs to do so. I use it on my neck, shoulders and back while watching TV. Helps a lot with tightness in these areas.

Pros
  • Pain telif
Cons
  • Could potentially worsen certain conditions
