This self massage cane is portable, lightweight and really digs into tense muscles! I bought a myself a different massage cane before. It was made of metal and had more circular, rounded tips for massaging. I like that it is sturdy and durable. However, it is heavy, tires me out and is not portable or easy to store. Because this Sokiss cane is made of plastic and it comes apart into two pieces (plus an attachment screw) it is easier to carry around and store. The tips of this massage cane are actually very pointed so this means it can really dig into muscles better. I like that it is lightweight. I do not get as tired holding it in my hands. This is a well crafted and well thought out massage cane. It's definitely a cut above the regular canes. What is also nice is that the manufacturer gives you an instruction booklet that tells you which knobs are for certain areas of the body. The only issue I have found is that because the knobs are pointed, they do dig in really well and can actually hurt if you are too forceful. My other cane is more gentle! I would advise going easy with this cane and using it very gently and a little bit at a time until you get used it. Otherwise, you might find yourself sore afterwards! It would also have been nice if they provided a storage bag so you don’t loose the pieces when unassembled.
