I bought these protectors to replace the ones I've been wearing for a long time. I feel the material is a good tight weave and a good 100% cotton weight. They are big enough for a king size pillow. They're not made in the US or China, they're made in Pakistan. This was stated on both the packaging and the label sewn onto the pillow. It has good piping surrounding the entire cushion however this leaves excess material in the cushion and has not been finished. I have attached photos. With wear and washing this will cause the material to unravel and as others have pointed out threads and threads will appear inside the pillow. If you have a sewing machine it would be a good idea to make a finish stitch to prevent this and prolong the life of your pillowcase. I'm deducting a star for what I consider a flaw in the work. Otherwise the material, fit and finish are acceptable.
