Wanted to pass on that my old unit that I bought in approximitately June 2021 cracked and I had to replace it which I received yesterday 4/19/22. In November 2021 I was a victim in an auto accident no fault of my own which totalled my vehicle. Being that my airbags didn’t deploy it threw me into the steering column. I have purchased this case 4 times. The case is perfect when it works, but each time it has failed due to a defective Lightening connector. The longest life I experienced was 3 months, while the shortest was less than a day. For my most recent purchase, it failed in approximately 1 month.If you consider this a disposable product with an average lifespan of about 1 month, then it really isn’t bad. But for use longer than that, you are likely to be disappointed.

Charging works great on the case dont get me wrong. But the exterior charger on the case that is supposed to let you charge the phone and the case brok after about the 3rd or 4th time i used it. Nothing too crazy either. Just had it plugged in in my car and the port had broken and became loose. I can still get it to charge but i have to hold the cord in a ceartin way to make it charge. Overall would not recommend unless the charge ports get a better design.

I like the design, it gave plenty of extra battery time but after about a month it just stopped charging. I thought it might be my cable at first, but no, its the case itself. I had purchase this same model some time ago and was really satisfied. I had accidentally broken the plug-in and replaced it with a different brand/model which just did not fit my needs. So went back to this again and all is well with the world.

The case is exactly as described. Great seller. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Excellent service. My phone wouldn’t post pictures of the case but it is identical to the posted on Walmart.

Worked for a couple of weeks to a month. When charging the case the internal connection appeared to slightly disconnect where it would only charge the case unless it was completely flat on its back, then it would charge both. The battery case barely charges the 10% now. It did not last long at all.

The battery pack seemed working fine at the beginning meaning that it can provides one+ full charge to the phone. After 20 months, the product can only provide 40% charge of the phone. For example, when the phone battery drops to 20%, the battery pack can only bring the phone battery back to 60%. Not sure if this is expected or the quality of the battery pack is poor.

Love these battery cases but they just don’t last. The charging function breaks very quickly after buying it and the case is bulky and ugly. I think I have to just buy a portable charger and go back to a regular phone case

After 6 months, it will no longer charge any phone. It does take and hold a charge itself. I think the internal lightning port got broken somehow. The phone was not removed after initial installation until the device stopped working.

After trying a few battery cases that quit working within days of purchasing them, we finally found the right one. This case did everything we needed it to do. The battery lasted all day and was easy to charge. This case gets bonus points for being easy to install and for being able to use wired headphones with it.

My original apple lightning cable broke, so I purchased an apple approved MFI certified cable. Literally after two uses, the inside of the charger became loose, it did not charge the phone at the same time, and now officially stopped charging as the cable does not fit. Would not recommend this charger with any other charging cables other than original apple lightning cable. The seller should mention this in their description. I purchased December 2020.
