You get what you pay for. The taillight came shattered. The right brake handle snapped off during braking. The exhaust spark arrester snapped off from vibration. It is really very simple to use the cord. There are slots on the back of the TV that says DHMI just plug it into one of those slots, doesn't matter which. My phone has a C end charger so the other end plugs into my phone. Turn on your TV. Click the dhmi that comes on the screen. Bam you've got your phone on your TV. Not really waterproof to the point where I was sweating really bad one day and I noticed sweat had somehow leaked in between the watch and protector. Still a good bump guard. Based on our own experience this jacket is superb! The hood is great for keeping the head and neck warm and the insulation is perfect for cold weather .The fabric is high-quality and waterproof, which is perfect for boys who love to play in the snow. These 1156 LED's seems to be well made, and are bright. They are not compatible as the running/brake light on a 2009 BMW R1200RT though. They trip the bad bulb indicator immediately. Since there is no place to run a decoder, its not going to work.See full review

I re-read the instructions, thinking I must have missed a step. No. The instructions literally tell you that it might not work and I should try to repair it myself.
