These are exactly what I've been looking for and once they went on sale, I immediately ordered. They're even better in person BUT I'm usually between an 8 and 8.5 so I went with an 8.5 after reading some reviews that they run small and that was a mistake. I'm currently on hold with revain to try and exchange for a smaller size since they're no longer on sale. I'm thinking I'll need a 7.5 - the toe box and calves are very roomy.

Really cute boots. I love how they look. I listened to previous reviews and ordered a size smaller and I'm glad I did because it still fits pretty loose on my foot even after getting a 6.5 instead of a 7. But my foot slides down into the toe and my small toes get rubbed uncomfortably by the inside of the boots. I ordered a size 9, which is what I normally do for boots with reviews that say they run large. I normally wear a 9.5 in boots. Well that didn't do the job here, as these boots fit like 10s. I put a sofcomfort memory foam insole in them, and that seemed to mostly solve the problem. But they are still a bit roomy.Otherwise they are comfortable and very cute with jean leggings. I liked the boots but they were so big for a size 9. The shoe part was too roomy around my foot. The length was the only thing that fit like a 9 the width felt like I was wearing a size 11. They were going to charge me $7.99 to have them picked up for return so I opted for the drop off at a UPS. They still took an extra $5.99 or more from my bank account for some reason! I'm not happy about the 'fee'. I returned them unused in a timely manner. I even dropped them off!

These mid-calf boots are stylish, sturdy, and comfortable but are better suited for wider ankles and calves. I purchased two pairs, black suede and gray. The shoe area fits true to size in length and width (they are Medium width). While the shaft (ankle and calf area) was too wide for me. But I loved the boots and didn't want to send them back. These boots are super comfy and I was able to get my regular size. Also, I have wide feet so there is plenty of room and I don’t feel like my feet are being squeezed to death. I will purchase more boots from this company in the future. Hopefully they hold up well!

*edit* I got a replacement of these shoes, and while they're not of the highest quality, I still think they are very good for the price. Can size a full size down. calves are perfect for plus size/wide calved people. These are really cute, well made but run a little big in the foot. I have an 18 inch calf and these fit me. The boots may cause foot fatigue due to their weight and stiffness.

I wear a 9, ordered 8.5, fits good. I don't recommend wearing them for long periods, but maybe I just need to break them in, the first time I wore them I took them to a harvest festival, so lots of walking, I have high arches & really wide feet tho. I have big calfs, it's nice these zipped right up without a struggle. They look really good on, as far as comfort, as long as I'm not standing & walking for too long, just sit & look pretty.

The only thing is that you must size down. I wear size 9.5 and bought this boot in that size (black). I had lots of room. I really should have bought a 9. Most of the time, I buy boots in size 10 women's. I definitely would get other colors but as a 9.

I thought I should order at least one size bigger then I am incase they run smaller, but instead it came to be 2 sizes to big! they run very large! I have to return them and order my size but now I'm gonna order a size smaller than what I really am! make sure you do the same thing ,so if you're a size 9 order a size 8!

Got these for a Ren Faire I was going to. Had to order twice to get the right size (I ended up ordering a 7.5 when I typically wear an 8.5) but didn't have any problems besides that.They are a bit rough to wear a full day of hiking around faire grounds, so you might need insoles. These run a little big and aren't as tight around the ankle. The picture looked to me like they are tight and flare open more at the top. They look fine but not what I was expecting.

I like how nice the boots look. They look a little cheap as far as material used, Not something that would stand up to weather very well but still look nice. I can wear just about any footwear and feel comfortable but these have no comfort whatsoever. The platform inside is very flat and the heal curves back .

I typically wear a 8.5 or 9. I got these in the 8.5 and have plenty of room for thick socks. they are very cute, but don't have a lot of support. The calves are nice and wide- overall roomy boot.

These boots are very comfortable, I wear them all day at my job where I am on my feet moving for 8 hours. They look wonderful with dresses and skirts, or with pants. They will go over jeans easily since the shaft is wider than the normal skinny stick calf that many boots are made with today. I highly recomment these. They seem to be made well and are definitely worth the price.

I normally wear 7.5-8 in most brands and originally ordered a 7.5 in these based on other reviews. Tried on with medium weight socks and they seemed a little large compared to other 7.5 boots I own.
