I liked the boots but they were so big for a size 9. The shoe part was too roomy around my foot. The length was the only thing that fit like a 9 the width felt like I was wearing a size 11. They were going to charge me $7.99 to have them picked up for return so I opted for the drop off at a UPS. They still took an extra $5.99 or more from my bank account for some reason! I'm not happy about the 'fee'. I returned them unused in a timely manner. I even dropped them off!
