This is the first time I’ve used this mat and sadly it’s already scraped up.It has good grip and cushion. And I really enjoy the alignment lines. But unfortunately the surface seems pretty fragile. Started out my workout with shoes and the scrapes on the left were pretty immediate. I took my shoes off and completed my workout barefoot. Still had good grip without shoes, so I was pleased there. The instructions just show pictures of it "magically” being put together. This works for getting the elastic bands on but it does not work for the screws parts. And I have several pieces left over for the life of me I cannot find where they go (4 pieces being jump rings very small) the instructions say I should have them but 0 info on where they go. As an adult in need of exercise, I was looking for a fun way to work off some calories. It didn't take too long to find my balance on this pogo stick and using it is less jarring than jumping on pavement (which I cannot do). Lots of movement, but not so much abrupt stopping, which is important to me. I'm 140 lbs and 5 foot 2 inches; the height of this large pogo stick is about right for me. I was gifted a package of these by my Mom. The wire was totally broken when I got it so I ordered a new one. Then, I hung them up and they were beautiful. However, within less than 2 weeks they died and would flicker and now just don't work at all.
