Run out of battery quickly after 20 months
The battery pack seemed working fine at the beginning meaning that it can provides one+ full charge to the phone. After 20 months, the product can only provide 40% charge of the phone. For example, when the phone battery drops to 20%, the battery pack can only bring the phone battery back to 60%. Not sure if this is expected or the quality of the battery pack is poor.
