The price is cheap! Subaru wanted $108 for this thing. I'd say it's probably made by the same company that supplies Subaru because it's identical in size and weight. My Subaru Forester had a small evaporator leak. When I removed the old exhaust valve, hooked up 12 volts to it and blew in to see if it shut tight, I was able to blow straight through. I couldn't believe it was just a small leak code that was filed. Also check the gas tank tube under that plastic cap. Mine was very rusty and I was worried it was leaking instead of that valve. I sanded it very well with a wire brush and covered it with a very heavy primer. This is a good quality item. Much luck! Hope this review helped! Yogi.
