I have replaced an iron I bought when it first went on the consumer market. My hair was very hard! This Infiniti Pro is beautiful! One pass does what the old one did in 4 or 5 passes, so much gentler on the hair. Depending on which hair care products are used, this squeaking noise is not present and the hair is very straight. Easy to handle; I don't keep getting tangled in cords or accidentally unplugging. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to all my friends!
