Works well in a 20 gallon tank but VERY difficult to control bladder adjustment. The air cap is in two halves with a 1/4" sponge cube inside for the dust filter, and the air intake is just a small opening that opens or closes by twisting the top half of the cap. It stays after the adjustment, but it takes me forever to get that perfect little bubble so the whole tank doesn't turn into a cloud of bubbles. The sponge needs to be cleaned, so when you open the lid to wash the dust out of the sponge, the airflow needs to be readjusted. OH! But it's VERY QUIET and our 4 inch goldfish seems to enjoy it. I didn't buy an LED lamp, but it's good, small and almost invisible on the bottom of the pool. I just had better control over the amount of air bubbles because it really takes me about 10 minutes of spinning to get it right.
