We received the second pump yesterday. The first one did not have the charger cord included, though the box appeared to have never been opened. The second one appears to have been opened, used, and maybe returned for some reason. The tubing that comes with all the off brand air pumps is ineffective. It slips off VERY easily. Just know that you can’t use the the tubing that comes with this; it’s the soft, flexible, stretchy kind that is useless. As for the unit, I used this as backup on my tank when I went out of town. The unit was pumping when I got back but the airline tubing had slipped off. Luckily the power hadn’t gone out. Otherwise this would be a much different review.

This air pump was much quieter than any pump I have used while sitting in a boat at night catfishing.the pump ran for 8 hours and still had life. Double hoses provided plenty of bubbles for a bucket ofbluegills. Charging is easy and can be done on the way to the lake. The one watchout is that the touch padcan be hit with very little pressure and turn the unit on. You could drop this pump in your bait bag andhave it come on without knowing it, because it is so quiet.

I bought this back in June to replace my previous air pump. Maybe it was a bit quieter then? but 6 months in, it has this incredibly annoying habit of going in and out in loudness no matter how much cushioning i put around it. The loudness isn't even steady either. it gets louder for a few seconds before going back to be a bit softer.I would return this noisy thing if I could, It works but the amount is noise is getting more and more unbearable.

Pump ran most of the day and well into the night in my bait bucket on 2 air stones. Noise level is very low and the rechargeable feature is so much better than replacing batteries while out on the water.

I was drawn to this model because it is rechargeable and it is quiet. Bonus is it comes with tubing and air stones. Tested its run and recharge time, and it held up to its description claims. I liked this aerator so much that I bought a second one when I needed to transport four buckets of fish from my fathers pond six hours away to mine. It’s very quiet. I used potable chargers for backup but You can also plug it into the car I still have my original one that I have had for two years that has been used many times. I highly recommend this aerator.

Ordered one of these bad boys last week, and let me tell you, it is worth every penny. It's super useful if you're power goes out and need aeration to your tanks. The main reason why I bought this was for my mini 15 gallon outdoor pond. The summer heat has been pretty bad, so I thought my babes in the pond could use the extra oxygen. Super easy to use, 2 second press turns it on continuously, another short press turns it off and on every 10 seconds ( this is how it could last for up to 20 hours

So far nothing to dislike. Quiet, dependable all around good product. Use to keep minnows alive for fishing. May require additional adapters for connection.

I use this in the boat in the summer to keep minnows lively. Works like a charm. Super quiet, last as long as I need it to, and no stupid batteries!

This pump is great is you only need a few hours. I bought two of these for my two fish tanks. Here in FL we get hurricanes and I wanted something to provide gas exchange if we lost power for a couple of days. I had the primary pump fail on my small aquarium so I had the opportunity to test out this pump. It ran for five to six hours before dying. I bought this because I was moving from SD to MO. It was a 14 hour drive, and the fish and plants went into a bucket. This machine supplies oxygen to both. I put it on the intermittent setting, and it lasted for the whole drive, plus a few hours before and after being on the road. It DOES NOT work plugged in unless its been charged first. So, you can't use it if it's dead, even when it's plugged in. You have to charge it up first. I probably wouldn't use this for a tank larger than 30 gallons…

Good little pump so far with no issues, and it came fully charged! The big old perch in photo stayed alive for 2 hours or more before before being returned to the ocean! Rock on!

This is a small pump. Very quite and seamlessly goes from ac to dc. But, it is very small. Not a lot of air coming out of the thing especially after you add a check valve. Would be great for transporting small fish or a air feature on a small tank such as a 5 or 10 gallon. Not enough force for anything bigger or even a sponge filter. Works great for powering a 1" air stone though.

I have bought 2 of these and the charging port broke on both. It pulled out and was stuck on the end ofvthe cord both times cost me over $50 in bait.

Bought this about 2 months ago and wanted to wait to review until after I used acouple times to give true review. The noise level is low but can hear the vibration noise when the pump is on. Battery life last about 2 or 3 hours unplugged from the wall. I have a 10 gallon tank and kept my fish alive on a 10 hour trip. But had to use the car charger acouple times to stop it from turning off. Also it will go for alittle bit then turn off and turn back on after acouple minutes so it's not running…

It takes a bit to hold down the button, but it works! Definitely good use for traveling with fish or when power goes out. The vibration noise doesn't bother me, but it might for other people

Charging port doesn’t work properly. Have to wrap the cord to get a charge but other than that it keeps bait healthy for hours and even days with the strong air flow.
