My brother in law installed these for me as I’m disabled. Idk if they have motion detection (I’ll have to check it out) but they are significantly brighter than the 60w standard lightbulbs we had in there. I like walking a nearby track (as opposed to walking other places) because the composition of the track is best for my knees. The only problem was, after 10 or 11 laps, I lost count, and the step counter on my phone varied from day to day. However strange it may seem, the counter was the excellent answer! They are wonderful machines for the price. Of course after you clean the gas tank change the fuel filter and clean the carb, as they put gas in them to test them out and it sits in there for a couple years before sold so it sludges up. But they run fine after that and have no problem with a 220lbs adult on them they go plenty fast enough, even with the throttle screw being about half way out. You have to reset the month every month, not just ones shorter than 31 days. Daylight saving time going back an hour takes forever sine you have to go minute by minute through 23 hours. You have to punch to know whether or not the settings you've changed are correct because there is no indicator. The outer casing is plastic, not metal like I thought it was. Some of the reviews said it tastes bad. I disagree. I just had my first serving. Tastes great. I like the sweetening ingredients. It is a very nice suite. The sizes are not correct. I am usually a large but based on other reviews I ordered up 2 sizes. The jacket and waistcoat fit great.
