Review on Keychron Mechanical Keyboard Backlight Bluetooth by Gabriel Salleh

I've been using this keyboard for about 3 months now and it has saved my life. I first bought it for work where my desk was a bit cramped but I wanted a mechanical keyboard. Since I move my laptop a lot and don't have a docking station, I wanted Bluetooth. And since I work a lot with data, I need a numeric keypad. It was the only mechanical keyboard available that met all three requirements and worked flawlessly. Bluetooth is 100% reliable and always responsive. The fact that it charges with the same USB-C that I use for my MacBook and Android phone is insanely convenient, but even so, I've only had to charge it a couple of times in the 3 months I've had it. In addition to all. When the coronavirus lockdown hit and I was working from my couch, this thing was an even bigger lifesaver. To be honest, the keyboard can be a bit cramped at first, causing you to hit the wrong keys or have to look at the blackboard. So in the first few days I regretted a bit that I had decided on such a compact board. I decided to replace the arrow keys and a few other keys with textured Tai-Hao rubber caps so my fingers could see those keys without looking at the board. Once I did that and got used to the board it wasn't a problem anymore. After my situation changed and it became apparent that I would be keeping this board on my lap on the couch rather than on my desk for the foreseeable future, rest assured that I was pleased to own such a compact and lightweight keyboard to have. which still had a full numeric keypad and set of function keys, as well as Bluetooth. It's literally the perfect keyboard for using on the couch while your laptop/monitor is on your desk so you don't have to strain your neck when looking down. I highly recommend it for this purpose. And not to mention that it looks pretty attractive once you put some custom keycaps on it. The standard keycaps are a little flimsy and sound cheap compared to the expensive stuff so I bought some rubber o-rings and thicker keycaps and now this is the perfect board for a bargain price!
