Pretty well packaged, can be badly damaged. The lights which I thought were more of an accent but really stand out. I'm adding a bathroom in the basement so it's a new build and went with this one. The power supply on the back is just a plug, so once you're set up for a power supply, it's no harder than hanging a picture. I was nervous about it being on all the time as one of the functions is anti-fog, which is done via a heating element mounted on the back. After a bit of testing, I found that the heater doesn't turn on until the bright button is pressed to turn on the light. So the outlet I installed behind the mirror is not being turned on and off by the wall switch. If you need more light or an anti-fog function, click on the illuminated dot below and you're done. Bluetooth was easy, I would say the sound is pretty close to my Beats Pill in quality. Definitely puts out enough sound to give you shower tunes. The installation is easy, I only gave it a 4 star rating because it wasn't more detailed in the description. I bought it hoping that my knowledge would help with the installation regardless of the feature descriptions included and I'm lucky it works. The installation PDF can reassure future buyers that overall this is a good product and how it fits their application. Still drywall, last picture ahead.
