Wonderful Customer Service & Amazing Products
This software is user friendly as well easy enough for our senior citizens like me who have never used any computer before!! I can see it's potential now that i am in tech school so my sister too has use of this! Very helpful tool. Not much really nothing bad about anything just give em try you may be surprised what happens once your into all computers at work or home! The customer service and the team that works at Diligent is amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them. I have used them for my IT Security needs for over 10 years. They have helped me with my DLP requirements and they have always been there for me. There is nothing I dislike about them. I would highly recommend them. I have never had any issues with them. I am currently working with them on our DLP requirements.
- It was very simple to learn how everything worked from day one which made things easier than anticipated because we are new users without prior knowledge using such systems..it took us only 1 hr max after training by Tanya (Diligents representative)to get up running.Very impressed!!! Also loved their attention & follow ups when ever needed/requested
