First class service! When I first got my wipers they didn't work properly. I sent them back and canceled my order. The customer service was so good I didn't ask for a replacement but a week later I received a free gift bag with two new wiper blades, a very nice steering wheel cover and air fresheners with a sincere apology from the company. The new blades work great and I cannot express how happy I am with the end result.
