We really like this shallot I use it on skinless chicken breasts with a little pepper {white and black} and a little pink Himalayan sea salt We use it to cook hamburgers they get Sun charred with some chili oil Oh, every food is so good, every sauce, they can't hurt. Always come sealed, received this last order today June 13th, ordered on the 12th. I will definitely keep them on my shopping list. I've used the whole tin, this is our 3rd purchase if not the 4th and no problems with the skins. If so, there's so little we didn't know ///=^ }
