Review on ๐Ÿ”ง PZ20 Carburetor: High-Performance Carb for Chinese ATV Quad, Go-Kart & More โ€“ Perfect fit for 49cc to 125cc 4-stroke Engines by AUTOKAY by Maurice Hurd

Came straight out of the box

I ordered this to replace the carburetor on a Chinese Vitacci 125cc ATV. I call these quads value quads. Carry them out for a few years until your child outgrows them. The downside of cost is that factory parts also have value. My son has 125cc. See, it's been three months now and he's been riding it pretty hard. One fine day he just started to dull. I tried adjusting the carburetor, but the stock carburetor has fewer options as a replacement. I removed the carburetor and it was pretty dirty inside due to the cheap factory air filter. I ordered this one which came with a new air filter (bonus). The PZ20 carburetor is commonly used on these ATVs. Be sure to measure the air intake as the PZ20 and PZ22 are identical except for the size of the air intake. The PZ20 is a few millimeters smaller. I installed it along with a new spark plug (brand name) and an upgraded air filter and the car runs great again. Some reviewers have complained that this air filter doesn't have an extra hose. Some of the standard machines come with an air filter, which is basically foam; There is no paper for it at all. These foam filters have an extension hose from the carburetor that connects to the auxiliary air line that goes to the drive housing. It doesn't, which makes some buyers think it doesn't suit them. However, the standard air filter detaches from the extension. Once disconnected, simply reuse the extension piece between the new air filter and carburetor. As others have said, these aren't the most expensive or feature-rich carbs, but at this price point, you can just replace the damn thing as many times as needed without changing the air filter.
