These fit my 15 month old and 4 year old. A 4 year old girl is rather petite but not small for her age wearing size 10/11 shoes. They are not very thick so the shoes walk well and stay in place in the kitchen when shoes are off. I will most likely be ordering more from the same brand when the time comes
