The napkins arrived as expected. Well packed. The towels have a pleasantly light scent. However, I was shocked at how thin the towels are! paper is thin! It is necessary to fold 3-4 napkins together so that they have the same thickness as napkins from other brands. If you don't, the "dirt" you scrape off the bottom will be on your fingers/hands! Yes, these wipes are a lot cheaper than other brands, but if you have to use 3-4 wipes per application then there really is no savings! Buyer warning! You really do get exactly what you paid for.
