Absolutely not worth

So I ordered this Michael Kors Lexington 5 Gen Smartwatch 3 days ago and it arrived today, I was so excited. Finally, I opened the box and unwrapped a beautiful gold watch for nearly $400. I turn it on and it turns on and does the entire boot process. It boots up and I go through the screen settings, which it tells me. So when I'm ready to connect the watch to my phone, the watch is off, there are no alerts or beeps for a power off feature. and never switches on again, it doesn't even load as it actually is πŸ˜’πŸ™„ like now what should I do. I'm sooo disappointed and don't know if I still want it, I'm considering repairing the Samsung Galaxy bezel and just buying a real gold watch. how really πŸ˜’πŸ™„ like now what should i do.
