Unbeatable value for money

Our 2 year old projector had the lamp/lens burned in and we thought this was a signal to move to a native 1080p and higher f/lux model. After reading the reviews and comparing the features and prices, we decided on this device. and, my god, what a difference in picture quality and brightness. I play Xbox games on it including shooters and there is almost no lag. The video quality is crisp and the contrast is pin sharp. We played around with different video "modes" to find the one we liked the most, but it has a custom settings option so you can customize it to suit your preferences. Few. no "bad" things, just "wish it was better". Keystone is the vertical aspect wheel behind the focus wheel. I really wanted a device with independent keystone settings for all four sides of the screen, but the device that had this didn't work for about two weeks and I'm impatient. The Keystone wheel is as good as you can expect. it's just not what i wanted. I was hoping that the unit would have a digital optical audio output instead of the standard 3mm aux port. Anyway, I have an Xbox and a TV streaming box that sends audio through the Xbox via digital optics to our soundbar and a Raspberry Pi karaoke computer connected to another HDMI port on the projector that feeds the soundbar via Aux. It simply means that when I switch the HDMI inputs on the projector, I have to switch the audio inputs on the soundbar. All in all, this is a great, high quality projector.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
