Cartridge says it is compatible with my printer. The slides are fine, but not aligned for printing. I have tried all YouTube hacks without success. things returned. I will try another brand. FYI, this shows power memory error 10.100002182021. The company contacted me about my review. They send me a new cartridge for free as the previous one was a defective batch. I will update again after receipt and hopefully successful installation. Good service. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars for good service attempt. awaiting new 022121, received replacement cartridges a day earlier than expected. Easy installation and successful use. Although the first experiences weren't very good, the company provided an explanation and corrected their article. Very satisfied.
