This works fine on my HP P1102w printer. There is a non-HP toner warning, but you can ignore it. The only problem was that when I pulled on the orange tab on the plastic strip prior to initial installation, the tab broke. I had to hold the tip of the plastic strip and pull it off. I don't know if this was the cause of the problem for a few other reviewers. If the cartridge is inserted without the strip fully pulled out, I believe this will cause a major problem. An interesting experience. My computer tells me "User attention required". Bought an Office Depot cartridge and got the same error message. In both cases, print jobs simply remain in the print queue. JARBO refunded my money and told me not to return the cartridges. Office Depot also returned the money - customer service said it was a "faulty chip". Arrived very quickly and neatly packaged. The first few prints had excess toner, but after that the prints were clean. I print labels with it and have not used the 'Label' setting on the printer which worked fine with the original HP85 cartridge. On them, the print tended to peel off until I used the Label setting correctly. Cartridge says it is compatible with my printer. The slides are fine, but not aligned for printing. I have tried all YouTube hacks without success. things returned. I will try another brand.
