An interesting experience. My computer tells me "User attention required". Bought an Office Depot cartridge and got the same error message. In both cases, print jobs simply remain in the print queue. JARBO refunded my money and told me not to return the cartridges. Office Depot also returned the money - customer service said it was a "faulty chip". I will only use this as a workaround and use JARBO cartridges. The printed pages look normal. Update: JARBO will send me a replacement free of charge.
