Smells awful even after being gently washed with castile soap and air dried face down (to prevent water from pooling at the base of the bristles and mold and rot in the wood). was starting to show the potential for mold growth and the "natural" look of the bristles on the ROUGH brush were clearly some type of plastic and while they appear to be durable few people have given it much thought. Cheap plastic materials are low quality and rightly so as they were so damn cheap lol. I was blinded by the sale and bought them too quickly without taking the time to find the brush worth buying. That sucks. Spend double your money and get a drybrush from Esker.com. This is how I made it myself and it's great, just make sure you gently clean your brush and follow good drybrush hygiene! Also the dangers of inferior and possibly chemical beauty products can harm your skin and health, just pay attention to their reviews of the rashes you got from using such cheap products. Good luck π(The photo shows the ESKER brush. The oil is available on Revain and the table is on the web.)
