I was really hoping this would work. I am taking dance lessons and I work up a sweat on my head, face and neck, ugh. I tried it for four weeks. I followed the directions to pat it on after showering in the evening before the lessons. It made my skin feel prickly, dry and tight such that it was hard to fall asleep. It would have been worth it if it worked.

I was pretty doubtful, but this stuff really works well. My husband sweats from his face profusely and this really helped, didn't stop all together, but really decreased. The one negative is that it did make his skin burn a little.

I live in Florida so I tried this on the back of my neck, knees and pits and it didn’t help me at all. It does sting for a long time. Also beware that it is NOT a returnable item! Oh well 😔 live a learn!

They are good, beter than others I have purchased, however I still sweat on face. not as much though! This took it down by 75% and I'm happy with that!

I have been using this product for a month now and am satisfied with the results. My biggest problem areas were underarm and face and neck area. This product has done wonders for me. I swear a lot less in those areas and I'm so greatful for this product. I would highly recommend this product.

I couldn't decide to rate it a 3 or 4. I do not like the clove smell when applying. I have sweating on my face and scalp. It dose reduce the sweating in normal circumstances, however when I work outside or am out in the heat I do not notice much difference. It is not easy to get it to the scalp through all the hair. My skin tingles/burns a little when applying and then later when I do sweat.Since there aren't many options, I'll keep using this product.

I'm using these on my face. I sweat profusely just on my scalp and face. It may not take all the sweating awa but I do feel it helps some. I think I sweat more on the back of the scalp but that's much better than having sweat run down my face. Plus I have curly hair so I can kind of hide the sweat on scalp.

Works fairly well, but it caused itching and breaking out for 2-3 days. Since you reapply it every 7 days, it's not worth it.

Dry thoroughly before application. Tends to sting for a while on more sensitive parts of the body. However, there's no question that these wipes are very effective at blocking sweat for a few days, I have an autoimmune disease which makes my body overheat during the hot summer days so these wipes are a minor miracle.

I have no idea how these work, but they do. We have a sweater in our house that is so bad it stains their arm pits of their clothes beyond being able to get the stains out. Now after one use and after a shower alot less sweat has shown. Still will have to ask the doctor if this is safe, but it is effective.I purchased these for free or a discounted price to use, and to give my unbiased opinion.

Bought for my 13-year old daughter for hyperhydrosis of the hands and feet. She says they help, but do not stop the sweating completely. She usually uses them nightly on school nights. She typically doesn't use them on weekends due to sleepovers, etc.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Does absolutely nothing! Nothing for underarms or body just burns & causes redness! I have tried this twice & absolutely no difference or help! Just a useless product with false advertising! I don’t have sensitive skin or problems using other similar products, I wanted this to be a easier step then using 3 different products. But honestly just leaves a red burning mark wherever I have padded with the wipe!

I liked that this product does what it say's , it kept me dry for a full seven days, this is my second week of using it. I have tried the sweat block that works but the itching is unbearable for the full seven days and my underarm use to be quite sore. this one itches, but only for the first two days and my underarm is not sore, that is why I gave it three stars for sensitive skin.

Perhaps my issue is not thw fault of the product but just with me, but the effectiveness doesn't last. It also does NOT last up to 7 days. One wipe would last one day. I used it on my underarms. It worked the first week. After that it stopped working. I even stopped using it for a week to see if my new immunity to it would subside, it did not. Perhaps this would work for you if you don't truly have excessive perspiration.

It doesnt make any difference. this product is nothing compared to the description. i used it and didnt see any change on my hands and feet. BIG WASTE OF MONEY! I want my money back please.

The product didn't keep any sweat at bay. I still sweat through all my clothing. I tried it on my face for my craniofacial hyperhidrosis, and suffered a chemical burn that I'm still fighting several days later. I followed the directions and my face is still red, chapped, puffy and peeling. It's been an awful experience.

This product worked for me. I buy it for when we go on vacation to the caribbean or for any special occasions when sweating is unwelcome. What I don't like about it is that it makes me itchy in all the spots I apply it on. However, it's still worth the discomfort as this works when I need it.

They work but not so perfectly. I need something for my face cause I sweat a lot there. These wipes sting when I apply them but they reduce sweat about 70% . For quite sometime afterwards.
