works very well ! at first i was having problems piercing through my left ear because j wasn't pushing hard enough, and when i practiced it after it released and came apart but i was able to put it together and back in the gun again. just push hard and it will release ! i did. my double piercings and they look great ! the post is a little small so in a few weeks im going to change them fort own earring. def recommend numbing cream if you're worried about pain, but without any numbing it doesn't

The gun was very easy to use went in perfectly and now 10 mins later still no paint, HOWEVER be very careful with using the gun too much pressure on the trigger can cause it to automatically use. While I bought these because they had 5 star reviews, we had serious issues with the backings staying on after piercing ears. No one seems to mention that the backings are too large for the super thin posts, they slip right off with the slightest catch on anything. These are not quality thick beginner post earrings, so I had to try other backings from numerous pairs of earrings here at home before we found ones that locked on better. This is easy to use and fairly painless if you ice beforehand. I bought the 2mm ones but I would recommend a larger size. Would buy again! Came as described. Cheap price. The only thing that went wrong is the backings did not come off the applicator but the earring went through the skin just fine. Not a big deal to me because I was switching out earrings anyways although the ones they came with were super cute. Made it so much easier than just shoving an earring through by it’s self.

I did my second lobes and they barely hurt all. This image is three weeks after I pierced them. Make sure to clean with saline solution. Changing out the jewelry from the original gun was not problem.

I got this to do my third hole on one ear. It was super easy to use, there was a little pinch but I think it was because I pushed the trigger too slowly. I’m on day 3 and it’s healing fine so far. I kinda wish I’d gotten the 3mm because the 2mm is *super* tiny, but it hasn’t been pushed into the hole so I guess it’s ok.
