Installation was easy and painless. Worked fine for two weeks and after that one of the lights failed, switched lights to discard a defective socket and it was the light. Contacted ebay and they told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. Never got an answer even when several messages got sent. This is a pretty house dress with great pockets! The pockets are patch pockets, which means you can easily slip things into them when your hands are full. I bought it to stay warm in bitter cold and long enough cover all of me. I'm about 5'2" to 5'4" and its about to my ankles, which is ok as I'll primarily wear it to work and with boots I'll be perfectly warm. Parking and walking to the bldg from car and vise versa will be much better now. I can't wear bulky underneath arms would be a bit too tight and unable to move, I'm a bit more round (will lose a few pounds) have to hold coat around my middle for now.
