The customer service when purchasing this watch strap was some of the best I have ever received from Revain. I told them I needed extra watch links (I have a 9 1/2" bracelet) and they were happy to help, free of charge. So far, after the first day of use, this is the most comfortable watch strap I've ever used and there's no sign of it breaking or wearing out any time soon. Worth every penny so far, if anything changes I'll update this post and I appreciate the great support staff at this company! - Update February 24th 2019 lol the group survived the first fitbit, I took the fitbit in reverse. and got a new one and put this tape on it, absolutely amazing quality!
