Solid tripod, though. on tripods and monopods

I actually bought this thing, unlike dozens of YouTubers who touted it to me. That's what I think. What I like: Large, but quite short when folded. Smooth leg extensions. BIG grommets/control valves on everything. The alignment function works well (that's why I bought it) of medium wave. Bolt to rubber is easy to convert. Comes with a TOO nice bag. I wish they would just deduct $$ from the cost of the tripod. What I don't like: The price is high, I can feel the quality. Not noticeably lighter than my Manfrotto 055XPROB Aluminum (5.66lbs vs. 4.44lbs, you won't feel the difference) Shaft extension skewers don't feel strong, but maybe they are (that's what worries me the most). more than my 055XPROBit and makes more noise than my 055XPROB when tapped or hit. Concerned about the cushioning o-rings wearing out and falling off. I don't like all those flashy red accents and super heavy iFootage branding. .iFootage PLEASE change this for the next run. - Think about your brand image! Overall: I've learned my lesson; Just because it's carbon fiber doesn't mean it's better than aluminum. Quality counts, not material. This tripod is good, but I recommend checking tripods at a camera shop once you've reached a certain price point to make sure it's what you want. The products I've bought from iFootage like the K5 head and Seastars are fantastic, definitely 5 stars. :)
