Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product with a lack of design but amazing support. 4 stars for the product, 5 for customer service.

As with many others, the extension broke after about 3 months. I emailed support and the amazing team sent me another set in less than a week. No tires, no bullshit with a "qualified" guarantee. Just a confirmation of my original order number and address! They even let me change the color as the kid had a favorite color change. Unfortunately the replacement broke in the same spot after about 3 months so I emailed them again. I was offered a replacement just as quickly, but this time as an upgrade to a set of reinforced metal extensions. I'm starting to suspect that the problem is that they might be a bit small, and also the plastic extension. fragile to endure but that's how my kid loves his headphones. He wants them to fit snugly on his head and complains that other pairs are "too loose." Now my kid has tried so many other headphones mostly for the following reasons: the foam is ripped, torn or torn off and not a lot of prayers, incense and offerings to the gods of the headphones will ever get them back. Is always. The cable frays and either wears out at the point of contact with the headphones, or bends, then the coating cracks, or tears at the end of the connector, or damn they just stop working. None of this has ever happened to Ligadgets. The bandage has never come off - it usually takes about a week for my child. Cables are GOOD. They are well reinforced, won't bend or tangle. Being able to pull out the cable to salvage it was great, and being able to share audio with its cousin via the built-in shared port was amazing. They sound decent for young kids' headphones, and they're nicely limited - we've probably tried 7 or 8 different brands and not all of them are actually 'limited'. The padding on the top is nice and the whole set wipes clean with a slightly damp cloth and still looks new. So, despite the breakage, I definitely recommend them, maybe for younger kids or those with a small head. , at least until they work out the plastic for extension cords. If there hadn't been a glitch, I wouldn't have had a problem with this headset. And their support team is amazing. If you have any problem after purchase, they will definitely do their best to fix it.
