This hair color cream contains no pigment
I've been using this color for about two years and it has always covered my gray hair well. But this time it's the second tube that for some reason didn't have any pigment, so I have shades of gray with the addition of red from the developer. Very disappointed. I was surprised when I didn't have any dark spots on my forehead and when I washed my hair I didn't see any dark water. bad party?
