Call Center is very responsive, always willing for feedback/suggestions from customer service employees that are listening in real-time! I like being able to use my own phone number instead of using their toll free system which can be expensive (and not as helpful).
Sometimes when calling they don't pick up so you have no way know if they're working or just ignoring us because we haven’t been talking long enough yet but overall good experience!! We were looking at ways how could our customers get connected even though geographically separated across different states without having one person handle all incoming requests etc., this was what came about after trying an online platform where there had already existed several competitors who did similar things and also didn't deliver results compared against other platforms out there - hence why i decided to look into alternatives such as yours since most companies tend towards more complicated systems rather than simple ones :).
