This software was a nightmare to use.

This software was a nightmare to use. We couldn't figure out why our users kept getting locked out. I contacted their technical support department and they said it would take a week to respond to me. I went back and forth with them via chat repeatedly and they still didn't have a solution. Pros
  • Easy to set up - no training needed
  • Free trial
  • User friendly
Cons
  • Poor user support - we never received any response to our questions
  • Poor documentation - everything was pretty much left up to the community (which is what lead us to question how well maintained the product was)

Pros
  • No cost version
  • Very good at transforming your data
Cons
  • There is no collaboration in terms of drawing
  • No image saving option

We recently implemented Miro in our company. It works great for a small group. But if you're looking for something bigger, it may not be for you. They have an awesome support team and have responded to my question about Miro quite fast. I'm using miro since 2009 and i really like how its developed and all those cool things. If youre…
