Review on Miro by Ian Bates

This software was a nightmare to use. We couldn't figure out why our users kept getting locked out. I contacted their technical support department and they said it would take a week to respond to me. I went back and forth with them via chat repeatedly and they still didn't have a solution. In the meantime I had to work on a project without the benefit of my own team being able to see the progress I was making. We finally gave up and decided to switch over to another software solution. The whole experience was horrible.
