I had high hopes for this product and it says it contains 2.5% retinol. I switched from one with 1% but felt absolutely no tingling etc. I wanted to give it some time to work so I used it for almost a month. During this time, my previously clean pores became completely clogged. Since the window passed when I returned it, I'm completely stuck on it and it's going in the trash. The lotion seemed really thick and maybe if it contained the advertised amount of retinol it wouldn't be a problem with clogging pores. Now I have to make amends for the damage I've done and I'm beside myself with anger. Even my neck was covered in what looked like scars, which then turned into small clogged pores. This has NEVER happened with other products.
