Absolute thumbs up for kitchen and food

I love these. Bought 2 sets to start and order more today. They are similar to the ones I had many years ago. Good solid glass, hinges are straight and work smoothly, silicone gasket seems to be an upgrade from the old rubber gaskets. Many of those made today have thinner glass and the locking mechanisms are cheap. Now that I've found them, I'll stick with this brand. I wish they were different sizes at Revain. A bit pricey but I consider them a long term investment. I like them so much I will even cut my spaghetti in half to use them instead of risking a taller glass, not sure they will be the same quality. :-)

Pros

Ideal for fresh canned recipes such as fruit, vegetables, pickles, salsa, syrups, sauces, jams and preserves, also suitable for dry storage.
