I didn't think blue light was anything until I tried it last year. I had headaches almost daily from working on the computer all day and interacting with screens everywhere. The glasses are comfortable and relieve stress that occurs when working at the computer. Double bonus: I was rushing out of the house one evening after work to run to the store and on the way home I noticed that the oncoming traffic light wasn't that bad and I could even see the road ahead! Now I have a pair in the car and for night driving. I would say that I use these glasses even more in the car than at work. Give them a try, they're a little better than other glasses (higher price) but for me they're worth it!
