I love Sony memory products and this 32GB memory card lives up to its reputation. It was purchased by my wife for use in her new "soap box" camera and can store over 1500 images and 2 hours of video. .The writing speed is fast enough to handle the high shutter speed of my Pentax DSLR. If I didn't already have 64GB cards, I would go with them. In terms of practicality, they're probably too big for their purposes. Pros recommend taking several smaller cards with you in case the card fails. Losing 1500 photos because you didn't download them would be a tragedy. I think the most I ever collected was about 200 images in one day of shooting. May I recommend this card? Yes. The quality and consistency of Sony storage products is second to none. Will I recommend it? I would rather recommend the little sister, the 16GB card. The fact that I bought it and the 64 in my DSLR just means I fell victim to the more is better mentality.
