This is the first monitor I've ever played on that has a 240Hz refresh rate, so I don't have any experience to compare it to. I gave up a 32" 2k 75Hz monitor and was a little apprehensive about moving on from the higher resolution. Due to the smaller screen size, this wasn't a huge issue. There is a difference, but due to the pixel density of my previous monitor, it doesn't I was also concerned about the smaller size of the monitor. This was an issue for about an hour of gameplay and then just disappeared in this monitor's excellent response time and refresh rate. I mainly play Apex, MW, Valorant, CSGO and some Overwatch. The Seriously changed the rules of the game. I can run all of these games at around 200 fps and above and this monitor has greatly increased my gaming skills. Tracking has never been easier. Colors were pretty accurate on my custom settings and I used a calibration tool , to get them where they should be, but most can m be quite satisfied with just a few settings if you do nothing more than gaming and media consumption. With that in mind, all monitors are different, so the most accurate color settings for your monitor may vary. I didn't notice any ghosting and my monitor came out with no dead pixels. I was able to buy it for $315 if you can find it under $400 go for it. Again, this comes from someone who has never played on a 240Hz monitor before. I may not be the best person to make a purchasing decision, but from the many reviews I read and viewed before purchasing, most had similar feelings about this monitor. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far.
