I finally got the monitor and so far it seems to be a decent monitor. I like the simple one button controls. I didn't like that you couldn't tilt the screen, but I bought it with a mount anyway, so it wasn't a big deal (note that getting the stand off was a bit awkward). Summary: Display quality is good, but unless you have a fancy VESA mount, you CANNOT mount this monitor unless you take the monitor apart first. The product seems decent for its price, 1080 picture quality, simple HDMI connection, currently with Macbook Pro. I liked how affordable they are to remove the stand you need to unscrew the silver screw on the back panel with a Phillips head screwdriver and use the frame removal tool where there are notches on the bottom frame starting at the corners after you removed the 2 Phillips screws The slot holds the stand together, very happy with my purchase. It's not 4k and I wouldn't use it if you need to edit photos and videos, I use mine for music and accurate color reproduction isn't a necessity to me.

Contrary to other reviews, using the VESA mount does not necessarily require removing the monitor's back panel and desktop mounting flange, even if the VESA adapter is too large for 100x100 or 75x75 applications. Just use some sort of washer (like the 4 rubber grommets I used) to lift the bottom of the adapter away from the back of the monitor far enough that it's out of the way. It's great image quality for a low price and you can make it work!

Bought 6 of these 27" Samsung monitors. They have great picture quality with really handy power and menu buttons on the back. Arrived quickly. However, I bought 2 and planned to hang them on a wall mount to set up a dueling monitor. There is a clip on the back for a monitor stand (which I don't intend to use) that sticks out. It must be a detachable part. It is not so. The mounting screws are so close to the neck of the stand that you have to remove the back to install the mount. If you don't feel comfortable with it and want to install it, definitely don't buy it. Removing the back cover was pretty easy though. Only 1 screw. So if you're looking for a good deal and can use a flat head I think it's fine but for the price.

I replaced another 24 inch Samsung monitor and was expecting a similar product. That was a nice improvement. Instead of six overly sensitive touch buttons along the bottom edge, a single controller made the same operation more intuitive. The screen is the same. Size (of course) with smaller frames. Less weight. Easier to connect cables. For a budget monitor, this is a good choice.

My only complaint is that this monitor has poor contrast. For example, in a browser it is very difficult to determine which tab is open. The difference between the color of active and inactive tabs is too subtle to read. I find this in any app with tabs or any app where you select items and the color used is light gray. I've tried changing the contrast and a few other items on the monitor itself, but couldn't fix the problem.

I needed an office monitor that could be mounted on a vivo desktop mount. Many reviews here say that it cannot be installed. YES, you can install it! All you have to do is remove the back of the monitor and unscrew the bracket from the base, replace the back panel and you have room for the mounting plate. It took me 5 minutes.

I really like this monitor! I'm so glad I had it on sale on Prime Day. Everything on the screen looks crystal clear and it works great with my MacBook Pro. The only thing I would change is that it doesn't have a tilt adjustment. I would like to tilt it a bit, but unfortunately the stand is in a fixed position. Otherwise, I'm a big fan of this monitor and would recommend it. I love using this monitor for school and games.

I bought it to be wall mounted (because Samsung claims it's VESA compliant). Well, that is PARTIALLY true. There are 4 holes on the back BUT. The stand they use mounts a bracket on the back of the monitor that sticks out about 3 inches so you can't wall mount it or even screw on the VESA mount. And if you want to remove that 3 inch plastic hemorrhoid, you have to DISASSEMBLE the MONITOR (check YouTube, there are some videos). Of course, this will void your warranty.

Its quality is excellent and it does not bother the eyes at all, it is suitable for YouTubers who want to give a special beauty to their studio. It can also be fun for gamers.
