masseur. I've used many types of mugs over the years. These mugs are difficult to use and won't stay on. I've tried oil bases and soaps. You get what you pay for and it's definitely a waste of money. I really got it for the handheld fascioblaster. I think it sucks too. For me I don't see or feel any difference but I think it's more of a long term benefit to see results with. Look for mugs designed like the clear silicone mug in my photo. I have a set of 4 and they work fantastic, have had this set for years.
