It is very easy to use, I have never had any problems using it as my host provider for over 3 years now! They are also always available via live chat if you need help or just want some advice about their service in general :) The price of this plan does not seem that much higher than other providers out there but they do come with more features which makes them stand apart from others. Nothing really comes across negatively - great customer care (livechat) who can answer all your questions quickly; quick response times when things go wrong etc.
