I'm 5'7" and 200 pounds with wide hips and a mom/love bump! My jean size is 14-16 and I bought a very large waist. It gripped your girl's waist, stomach, and buttocks nice and tight, but the thong made my bum shine instead of being bruised and immobile. Business in the front, party in the back.
