My daughter is only 7 months old and teething a lot. Nothing worked. Water filled teethers, latest giraffe teethers (brand not mentioned), teething pacifier with end cap. I finally read the reviews of the first Kushies baby toothbrush. She can't put it down. She massages her gums with the tip of the brush and this seems to relieve her pain for a while. It can also bite the other end, and the brush is flexible and strong. I have a feeling we will be using it for the first year since all the teeth are cut. I strongly recommend this product.
